Our vineyard is located on what we call The Black Sage Gravelbar, on the northern tip of the Black Sage benchlands; famous for their sun-baked sands, gravelly loam soil and hundreds of rounded stones frosted with calcium and other minerals which showcase in our wines. A visit from Pedro Parra, an international terroir consultant renowned for his knowledge of wine region subsoils, confirmed that some of the world’s great wines are grown upon rocks very much like those found here at our estate vineyard, Orchard Grove. At the winery we take pride in crafting a refined portfolio of wines that showcase the best of our terroir with a specialization in Pinot varietals. Our collection includes a variety of Estate, Small-Lot, and Reserve wines.
