We believe in sustainable, environmentally sensitive viticulture, and respecting the vineyard as a living and varied ecosystem. Each bottle is a proud expression of the earth it came from. At Lunessence, our focus is on Estate Single Vineyard wines from our certified organic Summerland estate vineyard. We are in unique position on the edge of the lake, sitting on alluvial, volcanic soils at the base of an extinct volcano with two natural wetlands on the property, that are a natural habitat for wild birds, insects and animals that help to promote balance in the vineyard.
